- Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please note that the pet fee covers standard pet accommodation only. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes require extra cleaning beyond a standard turnover. Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. 🌿 Yard Maintenance Notice: Our gardener may periodically stop by to maintain the front and back yards. All work is done outdoors only, and no indoor access is needed. If maintenance is needed during your stay, we kindly ask guests to be respectful while the gardener is working.
