The house was great and perfect for what we needed. Communication process was easy, we had to adjust our days and extend an additional day last minute and it was seamless.

Elizabeth was an amazing host. The place was very clean, safe, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and check-in was smooth with no issues at all. Me and my team were in town working long days, and this spot gave us a perfect place to come back to, cook, relax, and recharge. The environment felt peaceful and comfortable the entire stay. Elizabeth was responsive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a good experience. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and stress-free place. I would definitely book again.

nestled in a nice neighborhood, I really enjoyed smelling the roses while i sipped my morning coffee. Our ubers arrived within 5 minutes as it was conveniently located and easy for them to find. The host replied promptly and gave us all of the information we needed. The keypad was easy to work to check in and lock up. it was easy to find extra towels and kitchen items we needed. wifi was fast and the beds were soft. I will be saving this house for future trips out to Sacramento!

This house worked out great for guests that I hosted for about a week. It’s right smack dab in a neighborhood, which worked out well for us and our guests. Elizabeth was awesome. Will be renting again in the future

Honestly one of the easier stays I've had. Everything was exactly as described, the space was clean, and the host was responsive without being overbearing. I'd book again without thinking twice!

House was very clean and cozy, plush towels and comfortable beds. Well kept yard, nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. There was five in our party and we didn't feel crowded in at all. I would most definitely stay here if traveling through this area again. Much appreciated.... Tommy

It was a really quiet neighborhood and the house was very accommodating. It was a 5min drive to anywhere I needed to be. My only complaint would be the master bedroom door drags across the floor.

Felt like I was home away from home in Sacramento. House is in the center of all attraction and everything is local. Literally a 10 min drive to downtown or old town Sacramento. House has all the amenities one can ask for and very cozy. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks again Elizabeth!

Certainly felt like it was professionally managed, similar to a hotel. The space was very spacious and suited our needs well. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to access, and conveniently located near grocery stores, gas, restaurants, and Starbucks. I also appreciated Elizabeth’s responsiveness and willingness to help return our personal pillows we've left behind.
