- No Parties are allowed - No Smoking inside of the property (fee will be assessed for traces of marijuana or cigarettes). - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - Please inform us of any visitors during your stay. - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - Locals must contact us before booking. - Security Camera installed outside for security. -Noise aware working 24/7 - Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please note that the pet fee covers standard pet accommodation only. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes require extra cleaning beyond a standard turnover. Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended to the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. 🌿 Yard Maintenance Notice: Our gardener may periodically stop by to maintain the front and back yards. All work is done outdoors only, and no indoor access is needed. If maintenance is needed during your stay, we kindly ask guests to be respectful while the gardener is working.
