NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account) Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. 🌿 Yard Maintenance Notice: Our gardener may periodically stop by to maintain the front and back yards. All work is done outdoors only, and no indoor access is needed. If maintenance is needed during your stay, we kindly ask guests to be respectful while the gardener is working. Thank you for helping us keep the property looking its best for everyone!
