Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am.

The home features NoiseAware technology to monitor noise levels and protect against disturbances. For your security, parking is monitored with cameras, but rest assured, no video security devices are installed inside the home. Please note that this is a Duplex House. - Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guest. - No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). - Locals must contact us before booking. - Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please note that the pet fee covers standard pet accommodation only. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes require extra cleaning beyond a standard turnover. Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. Additional Note: The garage is not open for guest use, aside from accessing the washer and dryer. It’s currently being used to store extra furniture, so it may look a bit messy. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, and kindly note that our cleaning team isn’t responsible for maintaining that area. Thank you for your understanding! 🌿 Yard Maintenance Notice: Our gardener may periodically stop by to maintain the front and back yards. All work is done outdoors only, and no indoor access is needed. If maintenance is needed during your stay, we kindly ask guests to be respectful while the gardener is working.
