Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Internet Wi-Fi. - Family Room: Netflix, ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. - Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking - Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please note that the pet fee covers standard pet accommodation only. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes require extra cleaning beyond a standard turnover. Check-in: 5 pm. Check-out: 11 am.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house. - No parties allowed. - We don't allow visitors from our guests for our security - No smoke inside the property. We have smoke and noise-aware detectors to make sure our guests follow our house rules. If the smoke aware notify us that someone is smoking inside of the house, the reservation will be automatically canceled and we will advise the guest to leave the property immediately. if we got a notification that the noise level is too high, we will reach out to the guest two times. If they don't change their behavior we will cancel the reservation and invite the guest to leave the property. - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - We have a ring doorbell at the front and back for security reasons. - Locals must contact us before booking. - The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated) -You can use and swim at the pool at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur. *Our pool floor is stained due to the chemicals used for maintenance.* Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended to the next day. Thanks for understanding. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roach, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. 🌿 Yard Maintenance Notice: Our gardener may periodically stop by to maintain the front and back yards. All work is done outdoors only, and no indoor access is needed. If maintenance is needed during your stay, we kindly ask guests to be respectful while the gardener is working.
