Guests have full access to the house minus the garage. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. -Parking is on the street only. You are welcome to park on the Driveway but we don't recommend it since it's small

We want to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, so please be aware that we are committed to Rent Responsibly standards to ensure a peaceful, safe, and memorable experience for all our guests. Local ordinances are in place to preserve the tranquility and beauty of our community. To uphold these standards, our home is equipped with NoiseAware technology. This system monitors decibel levels both indoors and outdoors to mitigate noise disturbances and prevent any potential noise complaints. Rest assured, NoiseAware is fully compliant with privacy regulations. Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please note that the pet fee covers standard pet accommodation only. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes require extra cleaning beyond a standard turnover. For added security, there may be exterior security cameras on the premises to ensure compliance with parking regulations. These measures are in place to prioritize your safety and security. Please note that video security devices are not permitted inside the home. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Other Details to Note

No large parties and smoking nor vaping inside the house. No visitors from guest without previous notice to us. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. Garage is not available for our guest. Excessive damage to property may result in a fine. - Locals must contact us before booking. Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding. *For long-term stays, we sign an extra agreement outside the platform* Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur. We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation. 🌿 Yard Maintenance Notice: Our gardener may periodically stop by to maintain the front and back yards. All work is done outdoors only, and no indoor access is needed. If maintenance is needed during your stay, we kindly ask guests to be respectful while the gardener is working.
